We constantly get told are that we are very helpful, we do seem to care, we are honest, we are very enthusiast and we generally want the business to get of the ground and succeed.
The one word that seems odd in the above sentence is honest, we would expect everyone in business today to treat their customers with honesty. What are customers mean here is that we tell them what we think good or bad, warts and all.
For many people setting out in business on their own has been a lifelong dream and it will have been planned and researched with love and great care. Often family and friends will have been consulted and they probably all agreed that should go and do it.
We will be honest with you if we think the business venture doesn't have legs we will tell you. If we think it could be twisted and moulded into a viable business we will offer guidance. What we won't do is take your money and lead you on.
