Through quality control mechanisms we will quickly identify the gaps needed to get your business investment-ready and put you in the best position to be able to secure the funding required. Steps to Investment

Step 1.
Complete the Entrepreneurs registration section of our website. Provide a summary/business plan of your business investment opportunity in the Entrepreneurs Registration section of our website. Include the funding required with equity stake on offer and also upload your full business plan if available.
Step 2.
The experienced team from Biz Angel UK will then make an assessment of your request taking into consideration the sectors our investors are interested in and whether your request meets their criteria.
Step 3.
If we like the business opportunity we will invite you to meet with or team to go through your summary/business plan. At this stage we will discuss and confirm information and works required if applicable.
Step 4.
We will make you an offer in writing and at this stage you will need to make a one off registration payment of £900 plus VAT.
Step 5.
If works are required this will be completed at this stage.
Step 6.
Your business summary will be sent out to the appropriate investors, interested parties will be confirmed, further details will be provided prior to the first meeting.
Step 7.
We will support both entrepreneur and investors over a series of meetings.
Step 8.
A mutual agreement will be made and then passed over to the legal team for completion. At this stage a 6‰ success fee (of received investment amount) will be paid to Biz Angel UK by the Entrepreneur.
